On Thursday April 9th starting at 6 pm, guests will enjoy a five-course meal prepared by our chefs with five specific Oyster City brews as inspiration to pair with each. As you drink & dine, Oyster City Head Brewer, Clayton Mathis, will be our emcee for the pairings and teach us all about how they do things in Apalachicola!
