Tell us a little about yourself, your family and where you grew up.

I was born in Seoul, South Korea. When I was a little over a month old, I was adopted by my awesome parents. We moved to Hawaii when I was three and spent four beautiful years there. After that, we moved to Yokota Air Force Base in Japan. I'm lucky that my dad was in the military, so me and my mother, who is also South Korean, got to travel back to Korea quite often, no matter where we lived. In 1994, Dad retired after thirty years in the Air Force and we moved to Niceville, Florida. I love this town so much. After my time at Florida State University, I knew I would make this town my permanent home!

Tell us a little about yourself, your family and where you grew up.

I was born in a tiny farm town in Midwest Ohio. When I was 10 years old, though, my mom and I moved to Panama City.  One of my older sisters eventually followed us down to Florida, but I have another sister who is still in Ohio. I finished through high school in Lynn Haven and then went to college in Tallahassee at Florida State (Go Noles!)

Tell us a little about yourself, your family, and where you grew up:

I grew up in a quiet little farming community just outside of Ponce de Leon, Florida called Bridge Creek. It was a place where you waved at every car you passed and neighbors helped each other out if they were in need. My mother and father were incredibly hard workers who somehow managed to raise me, operate a small cattle ranch, and work in the medical field on top of it all. On the farm I cultivated a love of exploration and outdoors, hard work, and appreciation for the land.
